Praia do Canal is a 220-hectare reserve located within the Alentejo’s South West and Vicentine Coast Natural Park of 74,000 hectares of rolling hills, marshland, imposing cliffs, rocky coves and broad beaches.

With its minimalist architecture, this 56-room hotel includes an ample reception with lounge area, two restaurants, a cocktail bar, two outdoor lounge areas, a magnificent infinity pool overlooking the coastline, a fully equipped gym and an award-winning spa with indoor and outdoor pool.

Designed by Architect João Favila Menezes from Atelier Bugio in Lisbon, focusing on incorporating organic elements – Praia do Canal Nature Retreat is inspired by the ocre-hued cliffs of our coastline enveloped by the beautiful forests of the Vicentine Coast nature reserve, transporting you to an otherworldly paradise of natural beauty and serenity.
